FAQ & Studio Policies

BEFORE YOUR FIRST SESSION, I AM GOING TO ASK YOU TO SEND ME THIS QUESTIONNAIRE TO SAVE TIME FROM YOUR FIRST CLASS AND HAVE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR SITUATION FROM THE VERY BEGINNING.

HERE DOWN, YOU WILL FIND THE STUDIO POLICIES:

  • ❇ PRIVATE SESSION: In this case, no worries at all. No matter if you are a complete beginner or if you are an experienced sportsperson or professional athlete, this class is tailored 100%.

    ❇ GROUP SESSIONS: I will be soon announcing the schedules of my group classes & locations. There will be 3 types of sessions depending on your level and goal for the class.

    ❇ ONLINE SESSIONS: These classes are going to be mainly FOCUSED ON mobility, stretching, and breathwork ... all to give you AT-HOME tools to disconnect from work for 40min. Sessions will get recorded so you can rewatch them later. Open level with minimal material.

  • While the risk is minimal, especially in group classes accidents happen. THAT'S WHY it is advised to take PRIVATE SESSIONS before attending groups or at least ONE SESSION for level assessment and personal situations.

    NOTE THAT during int/adv group classes, students are guided through choreographies in all planes of movement in more compromised postures including standing, kneeling, and supporting weight on wrists and knees, all performed on top of a machine with mobile parts.

    Also, some positions that might feel uncomfortable for you, like laying on the stomach, chest, and back.

    Therefore, for your safety and the correct flow of the class, I would advice to consult with me first attending.

    ARE YOU ABLE TO: bear your full weight on a plank? Can your hands grab strongly and pain-free onto a bar? Lay on your side without pain in your hip?

    If any of those positions are uncomfortable for you, or you are actively working through injuries PLEASE COME FOR A PRIVATE SESSION or AT LEAST, contact me prior to attending group sessions.

  • You will need to follow instructions or contact the studios I work at for the group classes.

  • Comfortable Clothing: Pants/leggings that are elastic and that adapt to your lower body. For upper opt for tanks or tees that are not too loose so I can see your movements properly.

    Footwear: Barefoot is my favorite way to go. If you are uncomfortable, I would ask you to get socks with grips since it would be risky to glide while in motion.

  • First-Timers: arrive 5-10 minutes early to make sure you find the location and settle in.

    BUT In general, I have classes every hour and to avoid disturbing the person I won't be able to open you earlier than 5 minutes before a private session. If you get to your class earlier, there is a chance you may have to wait in the hallway since the capacity and studio are small, and want to avoid pressure from the previous person.

    Your class is 50min long, so you have 5min to change before and after.

  • Keep in mind delays are your responsibility. The class won't get longer since I will have other classes after, and the time booked for you will be shortened. But you should assist even if it is only for 30 minutes since otherwise the class will be LOST due to the 24-hour cancellation policy.

  • PLEASE inform me: email me about any injuries or if you're pregnant. Fill the Health Questionnaire days before your first class or fill the contact form when in doubt.

    Pregnancy: all pregnant students are required to sign an agreement and get permission from their doctor for every trimester.

    Private Sessions: I recommend these for those with specific injuries or chronic pains before attending group classes. Keep in mind there are several conditions that are almost impossible to adapt when in groups. Please email me before paying or scheduling.

  • Private session at MÖOW cancellation policy: Private have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

    To cancel in real time please send me an e-mail or message me via TEXT (no WhatsApp) (during the cancellation window).

    If you need to cancel or miss your session outside of the 24-hour window, you will be charged for the full cost of the session or one will be deducted from your package.

    Group classes: In this case, you will need to check with the center where I teach. I do not have responsibility and you will have to reach out to them, NOT ME.

    No Shows: Absences to class without a cancellation (i.e. “no-show’s) result in forfeiting the class and an additional 10 euro fee or HALF a session from your pack deducted
